RETURN POLICY

Please note all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, eligibility for refund is subject to the following conditions:- 

1. Item delivered is different from item purchased, or

2. Item received is damaged on delivery. 

  • Please immediately take a photo picture of the damaged item and notify us within 24 hours by email to care@thelotusform.com 

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you received the product (i.e signed over from your local postal service) . If 7 days had gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course pay for return shipping :)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. In fact, most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at care@thelotusform.com within 24 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 24 hours, it's been accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep! 

 

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant .

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
